Rosie Karma Return Policy

We want you to love your Rosie Karma purchases!  We're happy to accept returns of new, unworn merchandise for refund to original form of payment within 30 days of purchase.

Here's what you need to know:

Items must have all tags attached and be accompanied by the original sales receipt.

Final Sale: Jewelry, intimates, hair accessories, and sale items over 20% off are final sale. All purchases made through fundraisers are final sale.

Contact Us: Email sales@rosiekarma.com with your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for your return. 

Return Label: Contact us at sales@rosiekarma.com. We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label for $5.95. Please print the label within 48 hours; it will be automatically voided after that time.

Ship It Back: Pack your items securely in the original packaging, if possible. Make sure your return is postmarked within 30 days of the receipt date.

Processing: Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 3 business days. You'll receive an email or text notification when your refund is processed.

Please Note:

We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not meet our policy.

Sales and promotions cannot be applied to previous purchases and are valid only on in-stock items. No price adjustments will be given.
