Eligible returns must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused and have their original tags. Contact us before sending a return. Our prepaid return label carries a $6.95 fee per return request within the contiguous U.S.

Final-sale items, gift cards, pierced earrings, opened or used beauty and personal-care products, and worn intimate apparel are excluded from ordinary returns.
